To promote the intellectual and social education of pre-school children by using play activites
and informal methods of instruction to aid in preparing them for kindergarten and elementary school. Throughout the year, we work on a star chart with your pre-schooler. The chart has ten areas in which the children
can earn stars. These areas are: Know Colors Count to 10 Know Body Parts Know Shapes Know Name, Age, and Sex Identifies Nouns Recite ABC's Tend to Personal Needs Know Fruits and Vegetables Know Animal Cards and Sounds Keep in mind that all children at this age do not progress at the same rate. Some of these children will obtain all of
the goals by the end of the year, where others will not. 3 year old classes are held from 8:30am - 11:00am either on Monday and Wednesday or on Tuesday and Thursday. The cost of
this program is $50.00 per month. |
